What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, we do not give refunds for any reason. We do not accept returns. Please measure your weight and height email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties or repairs. Exchanges can only be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please mail to the Return Address that is on the attached label of the invoice.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Issabrickhouse Brand LLC is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order as shipping must be paid. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you the purchased amount and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business day for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We don’t refund original shipping charges.

Any order issues must be reported within 7 days and the product must not have been worn for it to be eligible for an exchange. 

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, stickers, folded in its original garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with ISSABRICKHOUSE BRAND LLC return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

ISSABRICKHOUSE BRAND LLC guarantees it’s clothing to be free from manufacturing defect for the first 14 days as long as you follow our care instructions. 

By placing an order with our site , the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.

Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled, however exchanges can still be made.

Please note – there are NO returns on SALE items. 

After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?

We will attempt to make the change or cancel your order within the same day your order is made. If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. This is partly due to the fact that most times we process orders during non business days/hours to ensure fast shipping. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered in PayPal checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email immediately.

    • Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfillment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped.  Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made.  is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the US Postal Service. 
    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.


      • Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take 2-4 days depending on the final destination.
      • While most domestic shipments deliver within 3 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of your item as processing times and shipping times may vary.
      • We do not split shipments. Orders ship once all items in an order are ready for shipment. 
      • Shipments in excess of $300 require a signature for delivery.
      • Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT address will be shipped again at the customers expense.


      • Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO.
    • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
    • We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them.
    • Once an order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery as a $15 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund. 
    • Please note – due to cost restrictions we cannot split ship international orders. If one or more items on the order is on back-order, they will be shipped out once the order is complete.
    • DHL/FedEx deliveries can be delayed beyond our stated shipping times which is beyond our control and refunds/reimbursements for shipping costs cannot be offered. 
    • Rarely For DHL shipping addresses with a Remote Service Charge, we reserve the right to switch to USPS Priority Mail Express as our carrier. Time frames for delivery are similar to DHL. 
    • At the current time we do not ship to India due to restrictions.
